Can I Make Changes After Placing an Order?
Once an order is submitted, it begins processing within two hours of your order. Because of this quick turnaround, we’re unable to make changes to your shipping address or the items in your order after it’s been placed. Our fulfillment team starts production immediately, so we’re not able to cancel or modify orders once they’re in progress.
Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?
All items are custom made-to-order through our outsourced print provider. Orders are typically submitted to the printer within 2 hours of being placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right!
When Will I Receive My Order?
There are two parts to the order process: production time and shipping time. Production refers to the time it takes to print and prepare your item through our print provider before it ships. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via USPS (or occasionally DHL, depending on the provider). Shipping times may vary based on the carrier and your location. During the holidays please allow extra time for shipping.
-Order print production time: 2-6 days
-Standard shipping time: 3-7 business days AFTER production time
If you purchased more than one item from our shop, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Since we offer a variety of merchandise, we work with several different print providers to ensure your items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible. As a result, some items may be shipped separately. Stickers will always ship separately from all other items in our shop.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we only ship to the United States at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Since our shop offers a variety of products and sometimes they sometimes come from more than one company. Once you’ve put your items in your cart, you’ll be able to view the cost to ship. We offer free shipping on orders totaling $150 or more. Stickers ship free.
